    I will update you on the phases that I have reached with your work as follows: Sketch, Lineart, Base colors, Shading, Finishing touches
    If you cancel an order when I have already started on your work, I will not be refunding the following amounts based on my progress on your work:
    - Sketching phase: 5%
    - Lineart/Base colors phase: 15%
